• Location: Popesti-Leordeni, Ilfov (10 minutes away from the “Piata Sudului” subway station)
Responsibilities:
• Contacting , registering, informing, evaluating and assisting the candidates before and after interviews
• Organizing and holding screening interviews in English
• Management of calls and personal data of candidates
• Establishing and managing the relationship with the clients
• Completing forms and preparing the candidates’ personal files
• Travel planning of candidates in accordance with the clients’ requirements
• Organizing and co-ordination of candidate’s interviews (via Skype of face-to-face)
• Working closely with our marketing team in order to set different marketing activitiesReports completion on a daily / weekly basis
Ideal candidate
• A good English level (read, spoken, written)
• Good skills in using the Microsoft Office package
• Strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills
• The ability of working with deadlines
• To be a self-organizing person
