What's in it for you?
Salaries: If you are awaiting PIN £7.95 per hour, and as a Nurse £11.50 per hour, premiums for nights, weekends and Holidays £12.00 weekends, double time bank holidays 24£/hour
Shift rotations: It varies from home to home. Generally the nurses will do just days or nights but flexibility to cover holiday / sickness
Candidate profile: Happy with newly graduated males or females
Accommodation: Bedsits, flats and shared houses. All have kitchen and bathrooms, accommodation is for employees only and is available on your arrival
Uniform: is green polo shirt, black trouser and blue tunic (depending on type of care) and it is provided by employer
Locations: Rural, although are near to town center. There is a bus service available for staff
Meals: subsidized at the care homes
Induction Periods: 5 days over 2 weeks & then Induction at the care home
The first work week look like this: Mentor allocated until Induction Pack is completed (max of 6 months)
You will sign the contract on your first week of induction course
