Regional Sourcing Manager (Logistics)_located in county Arges
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the sourcing process to develop suppliers in Eastern Europe for steel material and components.
- Develop and execute family strategy in Eastern Europe, maintain close contact with key suppliers and make negotiation on behalf of the group
- Focus on supplier development, selection and evaluation for also global sourcing.
- Supply Chain, Innovation, Engineering, Quality and manufacturing sites
- Apply and implement purchasing standard, performance metrics and processes across the supplier base
Requirements:
University degree: Engineering
Experience:
- 7 to 10 years in a strategic purchasing department leading the development of family based supplier sourcing strategies
- 7 to10 years experience - Leadership role
Experience in a manufacturing environment (steel processing, automotive, assembly.)
Ability to travel up to 50% including foreign travel
English (and/or French) – Advanced
